1. PAYMENT STRUCTURE

BOOKING

A 20% production retainer is required to secure the production date.

The production date is not considered officially booked until the retainer and signed agreement are received.

REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining 80% balance is due within 7 calendar days of final delivery.

For larger productions, Bad Company may establish milestone payments within the individual production agreement.

4.DELIVERY

Standard delivery formats may include:

VIDEO

  • 2-4K UHD

  • 16:9

  • 9:16

  • 1:1 where applicable

PHOTOGRAPHY

  • High-resolution master

  • Web/social optimized versions

DELIVERY METHOD

Digital delivery through Bad Company-approved file delivery service.

Standard delivery timeline will be established during the production agreement and depends on project scope.

Rush delivery is available at an additional fee.

2.TRAVEL & PRODUCTION EXPENSES

All packages are based on production within the standard service area.

LOCAL TRAVEL

Travel within 90 miles is included where applicable.

EXTENDED TRAVEL

Travel beyond 90 miles is billed separately.

Travel expenses may include:

  • Mileage

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Airfare

  • Rental vehicles

  • Parking

  • Tolls

  • Meals/per diem

PRODUCTION MEALS

For full-day productions requiring crew meals, a $250 daily meal allowance may be applied to the production invoice.

Third-party expenses such as locations, talent, rentals, permits, wardrobe and specialized equipment are not included unless specifically stated in the proposal.

3. REVISIONS

Packages include the number of revisions stated in the package description.

A revision is considered a requested change to an already approved edit.

Additional revisions:

$100 per revision

Major creative changes, additional scenes, reshoots, new concepts or changes caused by client-provided materials may require a separate quote.

5.IMPORTANT PRODUCTION POLICY

Package pricing represents the Bad Company production fee.

Expenses that vary substantially by project are quoted separately.

These may include:

  • Hotels

  • Airfare

  • Vehicles

  • Wardrobe

  • Hair & makeup

  • Props

  • Set construction

  • Specialized equipment

  • Studio rentals

  • Major VFX
